Elizabeth Harris, MEd, SPHR
Elizabeth holds a bachelor of arts degree in psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She also holds a master of education with an emphasis in curriculum and instruction from National Louis University and a graduate certificate in distance learning from East Carolina University.
Elizabeth transitioned to Coastal Children's Services from the Graduate Medical Education Director position at South East Area Health Education Center (SEAHEC) where she was responsible for improving the quality of the clinical learning environment for the family medicine, internal medicine, obstetrics/gynecology and general surgery residency programs. Previously, as SEAHEC’s Continuing Medical Education (CME) Director, she exceeded national requirements and achieved an accreditation period earned by fewer than 20% of CME providers.
Prior to joining SEAHEC, Elizabeth developed customized training programs, provided executive coaching and started multiple corporate universities for clients of all sizes across the nation.
